International Duties & Taxes
Tax and duty arrangements depend on your delivery destination and are shown at checkout. Where import duties and destination taxes are collected at checkout, those charges are prepaid. If they are not collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may require payment before delivery. If you are asked to pay a charge already collected with your order, contact us with the payment request so we can investigate.
Security Checks & Cut-Off Time
All orders may be subject to routine security and payment verification before dispatch. Where additional verification is required, dispatch may be delayed until these checks have been completed.
Our order cut-off time is 1:00 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be processed from the next working day.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will not be despatched until the next working weekday, subject to product availability.
UK Delivery
UK orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 working day, subject to product availability and completion of any required security checks.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.
For orders below £50, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Next Working Day Express — £7.95
Eligible orders placed before 1:00 pm on a working day may be sent using DPD or DHL for delivery on the next working day.
Next Working Day delivery is subject to product availability, completion of any required security checks, and carrier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International Delivery
International orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days, subject to product availability and completion of any required security checks.
Tax and duty arrangements are described above and shown for your destination at checkout. Please check the order summary before paying. The taxes and duties applicable to an order depend on the destination country, the products purchased and the international checkout arrangement.
We cannot declare goods below their actual sale value or mark commercial orders as “gifts” for the purpose of reducing or avoiding customs charges.
North America
Orders to the United States, Canada and Mexico are normally shipped using DHL or FedEx.
Typical carrier transit times after dispatch are 2–5 working days with FedEx or 1–5 working days with DHL Express.
This is an estimated transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions and other circumstances outside our control.
Europe & Other International Destinations
International transit times vary depending on the destination and service used.
Economy parcel transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas, as economy services are not guaranteed-time services.
Customs processing or local delivery conditions may also affect estimated delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking information by email and, where available, by text message.
Tracking updates are provided by the relevant carrier.
Signature on Delivery
For certain domestic and international shipments, a signature from the recipient or a representative at the delivery address may be required.
This helps reduce the risk of parcels being redirected or delivered to an unintended address.
Delays, Missed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed, missed or appears to be lost, please contact us and/or the carrier using the tracking information provided so that the shipment can be investigated.
During peak trading periods, adverse weather, customs delays or other exceptional circumstances, additional transit time may be required.

Returns and Refunds
For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, request a return from your account under Orders within 14 days after the last item is delivered. For international orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the request window is 30 days after the last item is delivered. We review the request and provide the return label and instructions. The agreed change-of-mind return shipping charge is deducted from the refund to your original payment method.
